HPC Full Suspension XC Series Electric Mountain Bike
The HPC XC Series is handbuilt from the ground up here in the USA to be a phenominal all around Cross Country/All Mountain bike. These bikes are the jack of all trades, do it all bikes. They are just at home on those fast, bumpy single track trails, cruising the flats, or ascending/descending the steep stuff. With their generous suspension travel, these bikes are right at home on the worst of trails. The XC series is a fantastic way to get started in the world of high-end, high performance Electric Mountain biking! These Full Suspension Electric Bikes feature a lightweight aluminum frame, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, and a hydraulic damping front and rear suspension to smooth out those bumpy mountain trails. The HPC XC series has everything you need to spend your weekends cruising dirt roads and having fun exploring the great outdoors with the family.
New for 2013 is a brand new updated design frame bag that is now thicker with 1000 Denier Cordura Nylon. It also features lockable storage, and is waterproof with dual YKK zippers on each side. Also new is a 1/16" polycarbonate hard case shell built into each side of the bag to add puncture resistance to the battery system.
The XC-1 is our "entry level" Full Suspension bike. (although if you spec out the components compared to what you get from most other e-bikes, the XC-1 is in another stratosphere altogether). The XC-1 features 160mm front and rear Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with e-brake cutoff, a hydraulic damped 120mm travel Suntour XCM front suspension, 120mm of smooth frame travel, and a shimano 27 speed drivetrain.
The XC-2 is our Mid-Level/High End Full Suspension bike. The XC-2 is a very highly spec'd XC/All Mountain bike that delivers consistant performance in all conditions. The XC-2 features front and rear 180mm Tektro E-Comp hydraulic disc brakes with e-brake cutoff, a Rockshox Sector RL 140mm Solo Air front suspension, 5.5" of frame travel from a Rockshox RT3 rear air suspension, a Truvativ FireX 48T crank w/GXP bottom bracket and a full 27 speed SRAM X7 drivetrain for the front and rear shifters/derailleurs. Component wise, This new model XC-2 is just about as highly spec'd as last years XC-4!
The XC-3 (pictured) is the Ultimate All Mountain Bike. If you are looking for unsurpassed quality, the smoothest ride possible, and the ultimate in componentry, look no further than the HPC XC-3! The XC-3 features front and rear Tektro Dorado 180mm hydraulic disc brakes with e-brake cutoff, a Rockshox Revelation XX 150mm travel front suspension with hydraulic lockout, 5.5" of plush rear frame travel from the Rockshox Monarch XX w/hydraulic lockout, and a full 27 speed SRAM X9 drivetrain for the front and rear shifters/derailleurs. This is as good as it gets! Yes, you have dual buttons on the handlebars to lockout the front and rear suspension hydraulically on the fly if conditions permit.

HPC offers a variety of power levels varying from 1000W-4000W for our HT Series of E-bikes. Our power levels are NOT a continuous rating of the motor itself. It is the maximum system output (Voltage x Output current).
Motor: "Striker" (high torque), "Thunderbolt" (speed), or "Black Lightning" (ultra high speed) motors. The 1000W and 1500W power packages come with our new gearless high performance, lightweight (12.6 lb) gearless rear motor for increased reliability over last years geared design. The 2000W-4000W Systems see a beefed up motor system with 11mm wider Neodymium magnets/Stator, and higher grade laminations along with heavy duty silver plated phase wires. The 4500W System employs 16mm wider Neodymium magnets/Stator, and higher grade laminations along with heavy duty silver plated phase wires as well. All motors ride on custom designed CNC'd axles to fit perfectly with our newly updated torque plate system.
